Hello. My name is Bill Barry and I live in the Ozark
Mountains of Arkansas with my two dogs and many, many of nature's critters. The
younger canine member of the family is Chloe, an oversized Brown Lab mix
from the local animal shelter. The older canine member is Max, an
alert and energetic Papillion from a breeder in Colorado. I retired to Arkansas in 1997, after
35 years in the NASA/aerospace business.
In my retirement years I have become very interested in
photographing the wildlife around my 5 acres. This wildlife includes deer,
fox, raccoons, squirrel, opossum, armadillo, an assortment of birds, and
even an occasional skunk. I use a collection of trail cameras, and even a
couple of IP security cameras that I can monitor 24/7 from my computer.
In years past I fished the local lake & river. I also rode my
Harley around the countryside, locally and out west. But the 'age factor'
has curtailed the fishing and riding, so these days I just enjoy my
surroundings.
